01. How do I make a purchase?

Browse through our collections in all the categories, once you found an item that impressed you, click “Add to Cart” button on the item, Double check your selection by clicking the ‘Cart’. You can edit the cart by adding more products by clicking continue shopping or delete by clicking trash. Complete you order by clicking “Checkout” and choose your preferred payment method and place your order.

04. Is your jewellery made of real gold? What's the quality of the stones used?

Yes, all our jewellery is made up of 18k,22k & 24k and we use semi-precious stones in our jewellery. However, if there is any change in the purity or in the stones, the same would have been mentioned in the product description.

05. Do you give a guarantee / warranty for your products?

Yes, we do vouch for the purity of the metal used, but we do not provide any guarantee/warranty for gold plating as silver tends to get oxidized by nature, all silver gold-plated products require re-polishing at one point in time.

06. If I order today? when my order will be dispatched or when will I get it?

WITHIN INDIA: 2 days to process an order, and around 5 days to deliver based on the delivery location.
OVERSEAS: 2 working days to process an order, 20 days approx. based on the delivery location.
Though if there is any delay due to natural calamities or any other unavoidable circumstances from the logistics, it may get delayed. Please follow the tracking, which will be mailed once we dispatch until it gets delivered to you.

07. What is your return policy?

We strictly do not encourage any returns, refunds or replacement.

08. How do I track my order?

You will get tracking number for your order once dispatched to your email ID. We suggest you to check your spam as well after 2 working days of placing an order for the tracking.

09. Do you customize jewellery as per our choice?

Yes, we do customize jewellery as per our customers choice, do share the design that you have in your mind to customercare@Navrathan.com or WhatsApp us at +919886171104 to check the possibilities.
Note: We do not commit on making all that you send, only after checking the possibilities we can commit whether we can make it or not.

10. Do you remake the products that are sold out?

Few we can, many we may not, we request you to mail us at customercare@navrathan.com or WhatsApp us at +919886171104 with the product code to check the possibilities on making the product again

11. Can I add more items to my existing order?

No. It is preferable that you make another order so that tracking the order and the dispatch will be easier for you.

12. Can I exchange the jewellery bought from you earlier or do you accept old gold and silver?

We do take old jewellery / coins / articles for new. We do exchange only offline sales. Only After the gold/silver is valuation

13. Does your jewellery have a resale value?

Yes, you will get only gold/silver cost. As usual like in gold, no resale value for stones and pearls. Note: Again, we do buy or exchange old for new. Let it be articles, products that bought from us earlier or any other items.

14. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

YES. You can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Madhyaan account:

– Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
– Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.
To create an account, simply click on ‘SIGN IN‘ and then ‘REGISTER NOW‘ to fill in your details.

15. Is my package insured?

All items are insured from Navrathan jewellers (P) Ltd against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

16. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices throughout the Website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR). Payment can only be accepted in the quoted currency. Prices exclude all indirect taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST). For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Prices of the products on the website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold, silver and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-up.

For orders shipped within India, prices are exclusive of 3% GST.

17. How should I know the products you sell are authentic?

As this is the official online store of Navrathan jewellers, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true.
Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Navrathan.
